The Resistance Bands Only - Travel Bundle is a PDF containing 12 workouts designed using Resistance Bands only making it a great series to stay fit while traveling or vacationing.  This programming is different than other resistance band programming in that it is designed for strength training. You'll be using traditional lift movements with resistance bands.
