Hey Guys, Wes here

I am a Personal Trainer and Movement Re-Education Specialist.  Personal Training is generally known for helping people get fit, reaching optimal performance, shred, bulk, or train for an event.  From my perspective this gives a limited view into what Personal Training can and ought do.  

 

My dream and intention with this website is to help people help themselves move better in space.  The reality is that optimizing performance is relative to your current state.  The tools to optimize performance are generally the same across the board and are adapted and modified as needed.   

I believe that we must train smarter for the body and sometimes we may need to train harder for the soul.  My programming is designed with the body in mind & allows you to push hard when you feel called to.
